Lilly was Bob Timberlake’s first Boykin Spaniel, which quickly became a family member and his favorite hunting dog. Unfortunately, she only lived to age 7 due to an aggressive form of cancer.
To carry on Lilly’s memory, Bob created this pencil sketch as a Christmas gift for his son right after her passing in 2009. Another Boykin soon arrived, a female they named “George.” Because of their love of the breed, the Timberlakes have developed a close relationship with the Boykin Spaniel Society to raise money for BSS’s educational and research efforts.
This unique print of Bob’s original sketch was created by using a modern dye-sublimation process of the original Lilly sketch, which has been transferred to an aluminum frame. Individually signed and numbered, each 16 x 16-inch metal print is shipped ready to hang in your home, business or gallery. Order your metal print today and show homage to the Palmetto State’s famous little brown sporting dog.
All prints are individually signed and numbered by Bob Timberlake.
A portion of all proceeds will be donated to Boykin Spaniel Society's educational and research efforts.
