Description
A 10-pound variety pack of our grass-fed beef from Rock House Farm in Leesburg, Georgia. Our lush grasses we grow on our farm help meet the dietary needs of our animals and provide the best grass-fed flavor for our customers to enjoy. In addition to our forage quality, all of our beef is dry aged 28 days to allow for the enzymatic processes to naturally tenderize the meat. Each item in this package is carefully cut by our artisan butchers to ensure quality and consistency.

(2) 1 lb Ground Chuck 80/20
(2) 10 oz New York Strip Steaks
(2) 10 oz Top Sirloin Steaks
(1) 1 lb Grassfed Beef Cube Steak
(1) 2 lb Stew Meat
Orders will generally be processed and ready for shipment within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the order is placed; however, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipment of Meats and Other Perishable Products
Our butchers hand cut and pack every piece of meat to order which ensures that your product is the freshest possible. Orders will be processed within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the order is placed.
All meat orders and other perishable products are shipped out frozen in insulated boxes and packed with dry ice, which does evaporate, or cold packs. If you get your shipment and there is no dry ice, but the product is cold, it is fine. All orders of perishable products are shipped at the speed that ensures they arrive at the proper temperature.
Orders are expected to be delivered within forty-eight (48) hours from shipment.
Customers will receive a confirmation email upon order completion, and a second email when the order has shipped which will include tracking information.
